An overview of the modules within Regional Pro 4.
Many new features have been added to the latest version to greatly improve your productivity and reduce your operational costs.


Help Desk. So much more than just technical support.


Help desk is how information should work together. It tracks every detail from the initial support request until the job is finally closed. Intuitive layouts are gathered together so there is a complete flow of data from assigning an engineer, tracking time and expenditure to payment of invoices.

The Help desk is so fast and easy to use that an engineer can receive electronically the job detail, service worksheet and health & safety documentation in less than a minute after the support request has been answered.

The Help desk can track both single support requests and repetitive tasks.

It can easily transform your current setup into a paperless environment.



Contacts. The correct people to work on your assets.


Whether you are responsible for a single site or many, you need to be certain that the correctly identified and qualified people with up to-date certificates and tool calibration records are working on your plant and equipment assets. This is essential to reduce exposure to risk.

All documentation whether qualification, insurance, permits or tool calibration are available in a single location. You can also see current and historical hourly labour rates charged by the contractor.

You can also track contractor performance through KPI's and work load activity.



Contractor Gateway. Real-time monitoring of onsite activity.


Waiting days or weeks for work reports is no longer an issue with Contractor Gateway. As engineers or contractors complete the maintenance of a plant asset, Regional Pro can be updated at source so you are made aware of potential issues as they arise.

As Regional Pro is cloud hosted, your engineers or contractors can access the Gateway from virtually anywhere with a tablet or laptop.

It can easily transform your current remedial or planned maintenance setup into a paperless environment.



Planned Maintenance - Plant. Ensuring your plant, production and equipment assets are kept operating efficiently.


With the ability to assign up to 400 individual built-in and almost 100 user customisable checks, no matter what type of asset is being maintained you will know the work is being done correctly by your engineers and contractors.

You can easily and rapidly set your maintenance schedule and tasks individually per asset or asset category. Never again will maintenance reports be void of the information you need to effectively manage your assets.

When each maintenance cycle is completed, the data collected adds to the overall lifespan history of each individual asset. As the data increases over time, your maintenance time decreases due to the level of information instantly available to engineers.

All relevant information is stored with each asset including work reports, health & safety requirements, maintenance manuals, commissioning certs and insurance documentation.



Planned Maintenance - Property. Ensuring the building fabric and environs are optimally maintained.


From a single building to hundreds across several countries, from a manufacturing plant to a high rise apartment block, this module allows you to track and monitor the maintenance on all elements of the building fabric.

It works in combination with and is as important as the Planned Maintenance - Plant module.

Well maintained buildings can prevent a wide range of expensive problems, especially when nature is involved.



Asset Register. Knowing the details of your plant, equipment and property assets.


This module allows you to build a highly detailed and valuable asset register. It covers the main asset details, purchase cost, images, health and safety, critical usage, associated plant and more.

Our asset register module is divided into several registers - Plant Assets, Property Assets, Collectables (artworks etc.) and vehicles (mobile platforms, forklifts etc.)

Without a current and accurate register, it is virtually impossible to manage your planned maintenance operations or to build a historical spend / fault analysis on your assets.



Client Relationship Manager. Building and tracking relationships is just good business sense.


This module, is used to manage interactions and store data throughout the lifecycle of a relationship between the company and customers, contractors, suppliers and other team members.

Think of it as 100's of Dropboxes in a single location, each one being used to manage a different project, sale or anything you can think of.

It is designed to compile information on all the individual activities across different channels -- meetings, telephone calls, emails, texts and more. This way all interactivity is kept together for future reference or as a resource saving time and avoiding pitfalls if a project is replicated.



Project Management. Controling projects and teams with ease.


This is an extension of the Help Desk module.
In cases where multiple skills, tasks and deadlines are required, then the project manager will list all the activities or tasks, how the tasks are related, how long each task will take, and how each tasks is tied to a specific deadline.

Images can be added against task. All labour and material costs are tracked through the linked Help desk record.



Plant Analysis. Where every interaction can be compared and analyzed.


From commissioning to de-commissioning, every historical interaction with the asset (maintenance or remedial work) is available on a single screen.

Accumulated repair costs can not only be compared against the replacement cost but also against similar plant whether on the same site or across many sites.

Maintenance data can also be compared giving you an instant performance analysis not only against identical plant but also between similar plant from different manufacturers.

The Plant Analysis module allows you to make proactive decisions whether to keep or replace plant based on operational cost and performance but and also to plan future capital expenditure budgets for when plant reaches the end of its natural lifespan.

The module also allows you to track assets on an asset by asset basis and their worth through both Accumulated Depreciation or Current Book Value.



Energy Management. Knowing where and how your resources are used.


What plant assets are your biggest drain on energy resources? How would an improvement in efficiency or a reduction in output / usage affect you annual energy budget expenditure? This module answers these questions and more.

See you plant related energy per location within building, per building or per location. Perform comparison tests between different manufacturers or asset type. Energy usage and performance is a big determining factor when installing new or replacing plant. Regional Pro gives you the data to make a much more informed decision.



Building Management. How your building utilizes its room and plant assets.


As well as knowing how each part of a building(s) is utilised, we can examine individual areas usage of amenities and plant / equipment as well as energy demand from main plant assets to lighting.



Location Mapping. Track your assets from maps, photos and CAD's.


This graphical interface makes tracking assets easier than searching through lists.

Simply import images such as building plans, overhead views, maps etc. and match to the location through the overlay grid. With one click you can get a list of assets, manage them through the planned maintenance module anywhere from a room to a town.

So no matter the size or spread of your organisation, you can visually locate and track your assets easily with a click of a mouse.



Room Booking. Schedule and arrange your meetings.

A useful module used for booking meeting rooms etc. within your organisation.



Planner. Event storage for all maintenance activities.


All events relating to planned or remedial maintenance can be added to the planner.

With the advanced search features of Regional Pro a multitude of reports can be generated. It is also ideal to create schedule or activity lists to be sent to contractors.



Invoicing. Create or receive invoices as work is completed.


This module is dual purpose;

For the end user (Client) it allows contractors to generate an invoice once their work is completed which is available immediately for the clients accounts department. This improves cashflow for both the client and contractor. The sometimes long delays waiting for invoices to arrive are eliminated.

For a contractor, as their employees log their hours and materials used, the invoice is automatically generated. It just remains for the admin to add hourly rates, markup, discount etc., and the invoice is available for their accounts department to transfer to their accounts software.



Purchasing. Generate purchase orders as required for Help Desk.


In most cases a PO is required for purchasing materials etc. This module allows these to be generated and be passed to the accounts department.

It also allows for reconciliation at the time of purchase.



Stock Control. Track your asset spare part requirements.


Before a scheduled planned maintenance cycle, you need to know that each asset has the requisite spares and replacement parts available.

Our stock control module is geared to managing all your spare parts related to maintenance rather than for "warehouse" stock. You can see what parts are required, what parts are available in house and if parts are kept with a supplier / contractor, quantity and delivery time,

As such it makes maintenance easier and you can see your spares usage over the maintenance cycle.



Quote / Pre Costing. Quotations / Pre cost your future expenditure.


Our Quote / Pre Costing module has dual functions.

For users that are contractors it allows you to prepare very detailed quotations and to keep track of those that are successful or not.

For end users you can pre-cost the works to whatever level of detail you require before making a final decision on awarding the contract. This gives you a detailed document from which to evaluate tenders or quotations.



Administration. All your standard reports in one location.


All Regional Pro's built-in reports in one location. However this is just part of your ability to extract data.

You can customise 100's of reports by using Regional Pro's intelligent search functions in all the 'List View' layouts.
