We chose this simple fair pricing plan, not to limit the number of features you can use, number of users or records you can share. Pricing by your organisation size means we have the same interest in mind - to grow with you as you scale your operation.

Annual Site License or Annual User License
We offer an unlimited users / records site license, so you know immediately your annual expenditure. A site license is also much more cost effective, than a pay per user option.

A perpetual license is also available that will allow the customer to use the licensed software indefinitely. For the first year, the perpetual license also entitles the customer to all updates of the software and to receive technical support. After the one year period ends, the customer can choose to remain with the last version downloaded or to purchase a 1 year Upgrade package, for 20% of the license price. There are no penalties for letting Updates & Support lapse for a while before purchasing an annual Upgrade package.

Can I get a free trial of the software?    Yes, please click here to request a free trial.
What is meant by "Floor Area"?    The site license is calculated by the floor space of your buildings. For example if you have a single building with 4 floors and each floor space covers 7K sq M then you total floor space is 28K sq M and your site license will be "Option B". Floor space does not include buildings such as sheds etc., which are not permanently occupied by either people or plant and equipment.

What are the different user types?     We can set up unlimited user types with access levels according to your requirements. RP4 comes with 3 standard user types;
- Admin - Full access to all modules and layouts.
- Contractor - Limited access to submit work maintenance details.
- Requester - Limited access to submit requests and view the history of their requests.
How often is data backed up?    All data residing on our secure servers is backed up on a daily basis both locally and remotely.
Are software updates included?    All software updates and upgrades are included in your license fee at no additional cost. New features and functions are rolled out to you (subject to informed approval) automatically.
What support does Compass AFM provide?    Full helpdesk support is available to Regional Pro users at all subscription levels via phone, email and live chat.
If required Compass AFM is able to provide on-site support (subject to charge - see above)
Will pricing increase every year?    Pricing will not increase for the first 2 years of your contract, but may be modified at the time of renewal from year 3.
Can I self-host (Installed on your own server)?    Yes, subject to agreement. Perpetual license pricing will apply. Please contact us for more information.
